LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Lion & Lady is committed to providing the highest quality product possible. Accordingly we guarantee our products from defects in materials and workmanship under fair wear and tear household useage. If our products are defective we will either 

1. replace the Bottle or any part of it that is defective; or
2. wholly or partially provide a refund. 

We need you to reach out to us at hello@lionandlady.com with your issue and we may require you to return the defective product before we take either of the measures outlined above. 

The warranty is void if the product has not been incorrectly used or care instructions not adhered to. 

These are general warranty guidelines, but we are also mindful of regional laws and consumer legislation. 

Wear on silicone components is not covered by this warranty.
