All orders are shipped from Caringbah Sydney via Australia Post. Orders are generally cleared in full each Monday, Wednesday and Friday, except were we have open customer line of inquiry in relation to an order. You may need to allow us 2-3 business days to personalise and dispatch your order at peak times. 

If there are express orders, we figure there is a parent somewhere in dire need ! So we cater to those to go the next business day. 

We indicate all Australia post orders to be 'safe drop' or otherwise assume there is authority to leave. 

In peak times (such as sales), we have an 'overflow' system whereby we may instruct our 3PL provider (such as Amazon, for example) to dispatch the orders on our behalf. 

SHIPPINGNEW ZEALAND

We offer the following options

  • Standard International - NZ$13.95
  • International Courier - NZ$59.95

Personalised orders are shipped from Sydney via Australia post. Orders are generally dispatched each Monday and Wednesday before 3pm.

Parcel Post 2-4 business days         
Express Post 1-2 business days

SA/NT/WA/TAS
Parcel Post  2-5 business days
Express Post 1-3 business days

New Zealand

Standard International - (currrently shipping at 2-7 business days)
International Courier (2 business days, can be sooner)

Once shipped, your order will have a tracking number. Please contact hello@lionandlady.com if you did not receive this.

The customer (you) assumes all risk from the time that the Lion & Lady products you have ordered are given to the deliverer or freight agent for shipping, posting or forwarding. You need to take responsibility for providing the correct address for your order.

Delivery can sometimes be affected by adverse weather conditions and high delivery volume on the part of the carrier. Unfortunately, Lion & Lady cannot guarantee delivery within the normal time frame in these cases. The shipping charges on orders not delivered on time as a result of these delays will not be refunded.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Prices vary depending on location, and are quoted prior to purchase.

All orders are dispatched from Sydney via Australia Post, typically every Monday and Wednesday before 3pm.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
• Standard International: 6–10 business days
• International Courier: 2–4 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at hello@lionandlady.com.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as Lion & Lady is not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect address details. Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once your order has been handed over to the courier.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund shipping fees for delays caused by postal disruptions or external circumstances beyond our control.
